You need to contact SAP and ask for their SLO service.
For any inconsistency in the SAP system due to document splitting, SAP has programs which it can use to update the Splitting charachter in the line items which are not updated.. though you are also free to use these programs on ur own but SAP recommends to take their help to deal with any data inconsistency in the system.
