My client is using Blanket Purchase Order. There will be Addition/Deletion in the Purchase order's Quantity, Price figures.
For example:

| 1 | Item00A | Laptop | 2.00 | 15.00 | 02.02.2015 |
| 1 | Item00A | Laptop | 2.00 | 20.00 | 03.03.2015 |
Here, I want to have report for every changes.
Could anyone help me out to identify the Tables.
