Enhancement for LT12 for Inspection Lot

Hi experts,

     I have a requirement :

     I need to control Inspection lot creation from LT12 (TO Confirmation) at TO confirmation ,

Ex: In TO 4 line items are available when we do TO confirmation 4 Lot numbers will generate , now i need to control inspection lot Creation , I need to generated only one Lot number at the of TO  confirmation..... Please guide me i didnt find any enhancement for this requirement..
