Hi SCN Members,
I recently joined my current firm as an SAP FI Support Analyst. Our business users asked me to create an automatic Dunning job that will run and update the dunning letters daily with current information. Previously Spool was running once each month to update dunning letters.
My question is who will be best suited to create Dunning job; ABAP Developers, Basis Team or Functional FI team? Once determined the appropriate team, how this job will be created or requested from other teams to execute this job on daily basis. Please provide your guidance.
