We sent an address list to a vendor who printed the addresses directly on large envelopes for us and then the 1095-s were manually stuffed. That may not be feasible for employers with larger populations, but we only had about 5,400 forms to print.
We had to use the spool file to get the sequence of the forms, since the detailed results in transaction HRBENUS_ACA_EVAL are not in the same order as the PDFs.
I received my 1095 in the mail yesterday! Yay! It is nice to see the fruits of our labor.
