SAP Product Support is answer me
to delete and recreate xbo after changing the SDK language settings.
Change the language to 'English' in Administration -> Options and Settings -> Enviroment -> International Settings
But I checked my settngs, it has been the 'English', I have never been changed.
Haw!!This is a problem can not be resolved.
