1.) I understand that PGI in SO will happen at Standard cost maintained in FG Material master but not using EK01 amount. Is that correct ? If Yes, Is EK01 amount calculated only for analysis purpose ??
Reply: PGI for SO may happen with the value populated at EK01 cond type. It depends on the settings at requirement class at 'w/o val strategy'. If that is ticked that means that all movements will happen with std price else the system tries to find valuation in the following sequence:
1. std price using user exit COPCP002
2. Std price as per SO cost estimate (nothing but EK01 in your case)
3. Std price as per Prel cost est of SO
4. Std price as per Mat master.
However above all is valid for valuated stock.
