CT04 :ADDING TEXT IN CHAR VALUE

Hi all,

am trying to create text for char value for tcode ct04

I found Save_text ,create_text.etc but for all this i have to fill tdname.

For new text , its always '0000' and some how its assigned automatically.

My question how can we create text refernce  CAWN-TXTNR using FM

Fname:0000001311   and  0002 is added ..need to know how how 0002 is created and how it is linked to the line item of 00001311
