Firstly as you can see in your output the extended notification already has a link to the two decisions in your task as defined by you. There is no need to include any other text for the decision. The text you want to prefix eg " please process the decision" is just text in the task description. HTML tags are not need as the extended notification process creates a html mail (through the BSP) based on the simple text.
