Few things, you might want to check .
Is that a selective deletion ? Are you dropping Index before deleting data ? Hope you do not have an unused aggregate or Accelerator Index for the same cube ? Is DB stats updated ?
When you compare Quality system with others ( Production for instance) , do you have similar number of records in E and F fact table ?
