Mass assigning MIC's to Task List Operations

Hi,

Please advice on the best method for uploading Task List, operations and assigning MIC's.

is there any BAPI available?

So far I have Created LSMW to create Task list and operation but it is going difficult to when assigning MIC to operations.

There are different screens required for MIC which create many scenarios for recording files.

How can I handle this?
