Could you please check if the status of the Implementation Project is in "Tested" status?
If it is in "Tested" status then you need to revert the status of the Implementation Project to “Started”.
- Go to Business Configuration work center.
- Select Implementation Projects view.
- Highlight Implementation Project or Change Project and select Open Activity List button.
- Go to Test phase.
- Highlight Confirm Milestone: Go-Live Readiness Acceptance activity and select Open button.
- Un-check Go-Live Readiness Accepted check box.
- Select Confirm button and close.
- Re-login to the system
With this the status of the Implementation Project or Change Project reverted to Started.
You can now edit the project scope again and further confirm the Go Live for the First Implementation project
If this does not help then raise an incident for SAP Cloud Product Support.
