Hi Team,
For above quota issue i got few findings,
110 LOP days are there for that employee in 2014. but 70 LOP days ( in 2014) are maintained in 29.01.2015.
points:
1.Employee has got 25.5 days quota instead of 30 days in 2014 year.
2.Employee has got 26.5 days quota instaed of 30 days in 2015 financial year
May i know, because of this reason quota is comming wrongly in 2014 and 2015.
Please help............
