Change standard name format in IT0002 from '00' to '04'

Hi All,

How can I change the standard name format in IT0002 from '00' to '04'. In IT0002 screen if I do F1 on Name format then it says "The standard format ('00') is used if you do not enter a special format.". I want to change this standard format to "04".

Please help.
