Hi Simon,
All you need to do is transport the Catalog/Group again from Dev.
To do that,
Ensure that a transport is linked to Fiori admin page, and make small changes like adding a tile and deleting it (or just a text change). That will add Catalog/Group (with current status) to the transport. Once you transport to QA, remember to run /UI2/INVALIDATE_GLOBAL_CACHES.
