How to close fiscal period at indian localization? Please tel me Do's and Don' in Fiscal period closing process as well....!

Hi Experts,

How to do Fiscal Year Closing ?

When I pulled out profit and Loss statement form SAP B1, Why its not match with manual closing accounts book? company manual account profit and loss statement is match and correct but sap is showing negative values and values does not match.

Please tel me what are the different scenario we might face at Fiscal year closing on profit and loss statement? For Example: Negative Balance, Balance Does not match.
