There is a difference between a person and their behavior. We can respect the person but this does not mean that all their behavior has to be tolerated. E.g. I do respect my kid but if he misbehaves then he'll hear from me or a teacher. Correcting undesired behavior <> lack of respect. And on SCN it's the role of moderators to correct the behavior and enforce SCN rules.
Besides when someone is posting illegible or LMGTFY-type questions are they actually acting with utmost respect to other SCN members? I don't think so.
