FWIW: I have PB v12.1, 12.5, and 12.6 running OK currently on W10 - including Web and Mobile using Appeon 2015 + PB. I should mention though that I am on AMD based processors not Intel.
FYI: Appeon just released a W10 compliant version over this past weekend - v2015.0328.00
