Hi,
As per the note: 376956 - MIRO, MR1M, FF707 for small difference, the tax code for the rounding difference will be pulled from the highest value item in the invoice. Could you please flag the "calculate tax" check box in the MIRO header and check the scenario again.
If issue still exists, revert back with your SAP release with EHP.
