MB5TD is used for display stock in transit for a key date. Which key date you are using ?
What about PO history and MB5T report ?
By the way, according to the KBA document 1927894 - Inter company stock in transit not showing in MB52 , you can see the virtual stock in MB5T as it is inter company stock transfer.
