I have been watching this thread for long, and I felt it might be better for you to find some B1 consultant to do this for you.
To be honest, if you have a lot of Account mapping problem, to fixing those, it is not just using DWT to fix those mapping, it will require a lot of effort to understand and fix those wrong postings in the system.
