You cannot see the Restricted Key Figures in the Data Warehousing Workbench. You can only see them in the BEx Query Designer for the respective InfoProvider.
If the Business Content installation was successful, then you should be able to see and use those Restricted Key Figures in the BEx Query Designer. Create a new BEx Query on InfoCube 0IC_C03, and select the Restricted Key Figures from the Key Figure area on the left hand side.
