no new transport request pop up when i create a new object using rsa1 in bw

Hello gurus,

i wanna raise a question about BW transport request.

as we known, BW will not pop up a transport request(tr) in order to collect objects we've created. but today a bw consultant told me that the default setting can be changed, and then a tr will jump up when create a new io, dso, cube, etc.

so, any friend understand how to change the default change?
