As Chris mentioned, more details could be helpful... From the title I assume you are using the Microsoft Web Browser Control. Right?

If you are using the Microsoft Web Browser Control then the changes should appear in it's <control name>.Object.Document.documentElement.InnerHTML property... You could analyze it to find whatever you want.
