No authorization for activity 23 for account type K

Hello experts,

I've run a job containing the t-code FBPM1 --> programm SAPFPAYM_MERGE

but this job didn't create any batch in BNK_MONI.

I've checked in the job log and I've found the below message:

No authorization for activity 23 for account type K

Does someone know wha this message means?
