During the blocking of stock, User should not pick the reserved batches

Hi sirs,

During the blocking of stock, User should not pick the reserved batches ie., if there are 100 nos under MMBE

(XYZ batch -40 nos, PQR batch -60 nos),

and there is a reservation of 30 nos for XYZ batch and when the user tries to block 15 nos from X YZ batch, SAP should not allow the user to do this as already 30 nos are reserved for some other order and it should allow only 10 nos (40 nos available under XYZ batch - 30 nos reserved under XYZ batch)..

I have maintained settings in OMCP t.code for 311, 309, 201 mov types., still in MB1B for 311 mov type showing error as   

Deficit of SL Unrestricted-use 398 EA : 20003000 1100 1101, instead of showing error messsage as on 12-03-2014 only 10 qty available.
