If this is a non-cumulative cube (and I think it is, going by the ZIC_C03 name) then this is normal behaviour.
In a NCum cube, only the most detailed time characteristic and 0FISCVARNT is available in the transformation screen. The system automatically derives all the other time chars based on the most detailed char. In your case the most detailed char is 0CALDAY, so that is the only one you see.
