The abovesaid report does not serve my purpose. All most all standard reports I have checked. Nowhere I am getting this combination in the report output.
But this information is available at document level.
Can you please draw your attention whether we can bring this "description field" by creating new "Sort Variant" into the standard report??
OR at any table level (Asset Module Tables) both we can get the information. I have checked..this is available only in BSEG table...none other than this.
