Whats the conditions you used to delete psa request?

older than how many days?

have any inconsistency at PSA table?

Some times deletion will work but psa table will hold the data.

better to activate your data source thru program and later check it.

it may works. Even try to activate PSA table thru SE14 - its very careful. just do activation only.
