Issue in Screen Exit PBO

Hello Experts,

     I have created two fields in the screen exit SAPLXM02-0111 for the exit MEREQ001 Purchase Requisition enhancement. And i have written the code in PBO -Module Status 0111 Output. The enhancement is working fine and i moved to Production . Till Quality the enhancement is working fine.In Production if i double click the Module Status 0111 output , PBO Module Status 0111 does not exist ...create object? This PBO include code  is not reflecting in Production Server. But layout is available in Production. Even in se38 i checked  the include,the code is available there. But in PBO that module does not exist. Please help me to solve in this issue?
