Yes you are right, I'm looking at geographical criteria to map my company codes, plant and division. Obviously there are no technical objects and maintenance activity required in L0 and L3 (Country, state & region). Only location information will be maintained in master data with plant/company code assignment to build the hierarchy.
I can start directly with plant or company codes but since I have 100 plants to consider, I was thinking much more convenience for user to view the hierarchy by geographical criteria starts from country.
All technical objects, cost center and profit center only applicable at plant level. The plant actually is retail store which not huge as manufacturing plant.
