What next after Error handling in Bdc or Bapi ?

Hi Experts,

                 While Uploading excel data into SAP using BDC (call transaction or session method ) or Bapi , we might get errors (records which do not update into database,) after error  handling  ? what we heed to do with this errors in BDC Or BAPI?

should we re import  the same file ? Or should we re import only the error Records ?
