Hi Pranesh
I am sorry if i am asking again but i am still not able to understand. How the pallet which is stored as COLOMBO warehouse is having 42 Cases physically as per your response COLOMBO receive 36 pallet which is having 35 case per pallet so are you doing re-palatalization and store addition 7 CS per pallet at the time of GR. whatever the case, Since you can accommodate 42 case per pallet it is not advisable to change the WM2 view data to 35 as this way u will have under utilization of warehouse space as well as shipment (if you are sending palletized load to market)
In that case my suggestion would be if you are using Custom TO form then rather then printing the qty only in WM unit of measure you can print Base UoM or both (Base UoM & WM UoM) and educate the warehouse worker.
Let me know if that suits your business
