My client makes use of various permits in their plant (Hot work, vessel entry, cold work permit etc) and want to have an option such a way that when a an order is created, the order adopts the applicable permits.
Questions:
- Is it possible to create a list of applicable permits by equipment?
- If yes, I am contemplating having a checkbox against each. Is this feasible?
- The order should be released only after each of the applicable workpermit is approved.
- Client wants to upload every signed hardcopy workpermit for regulatory requirement in a workorder. Will DMS be a good option for this?
