Hi Rohit,
I checked the L_RETRY_ALLOWED variable in the method RESTART_PROCESSING and it is already set as X. So that is why I am able to reprocess but somehow it is skipping the breakpoint in BUPA_MWX_BDOC_DOWNLOAD_R3A .
