Hi Kumar,

 

I sounds like the easiest solution could be disabling S/MIME. 

You can do it from Administrator -> Quick Tasks (all the way to the right) -> Configure S/MIME.

From there go to the 3rd tab, "Activate S/MIME", and uncheck everything.

Then try again sending the email.
