how to get KF values for the past 1 year based on user input ?

Hi experts,

I need to get the values for the past 1 year based on the user input variable. For example if user enter Aug 2012, the report should display the values from Aug 2011 to Aug 2012. The user input variable for the report is 0fiscper. The format of the report is as given below. We have only 3 below columns. Please let me know how do we achieve this.
