What you have replicated is Percentage Contribution from the Dynamic Calculation.

In my case I do get my Dynamic calculation. Point is to get the Local Calculation.

I want to Achieve here is a separate column which calculates the percentage based on existing columns.

Here, the column in Yellow is what I derive with Dynamic Calculation, but the one in Red is What I compute locally based on these Yellow Columns. (C / E)*100

When I create a Web Application with this, I get only upto column E, and the last Column F is not available.

Idea is to achieve the Column F [(C / E)*100] in Design Studio.
